What Would Crazy Nancy Do?

Every time I see Nancy Pelosi on TV spilling the most ridiculous and incomprehensible drivel out of her mouth, I ask myself, “where are the men in the white coats? This woman is insane.”  It’s really hard to wrap my head around the fact that Nancy Pelosi was once the Speaker of the House, and that anyone that hears her speak, can make any sense of what she says.

This last Tuesday, Nancy Pelosi was interviewed on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.” When asked what she would do to make the situation at the border better, Pelosi replied, “I always reference the Bishop National Catholic Confer – uh, Conference of Bishops statement in which they said baby Jesus was a refugee from violence. Let us not turn away from these children and send them back into a burning building. That’s the bishops.” What? I guess it is safe to assume that Nancy Pelosi now sees herself as a modern-day Mother Teresa.

What do the illegal immigrants and baby Jesus have in common? Nothing!  According to the Book of Matthew, Joseph was warned by the angel that Herod was looking to destroy their promised son, Jesus. So they fled to Egypt at the angel’s command. They were not part of a massive migration of aliens fleeing Bethlehem into Egypt. After Herod discovered he was tricked by the magi, he became enraged and ordered the slaughter of all male children two years and younger residing in Bethlehem. After the death of Herod, Joseph, Mary and Jesus left Egypt and travelled to Israel; they did not stay in Egypt and collect government benefits. And, unless I’ve missed something, there is no record that Jesus was threatened to be sent back into a burning building. Crazy Nancy’s comparison of the illegal immigrants to the story of baby Jesus is stupid.

Another idiotic statement made by the Queen of Stretched Skin was this one: “What would we do if Moses had not been accepted by the Pharaoh’s family? We wouldn’t have the Ten Commandments.” Let that one sink in for a few minutes. If we follow that story to its natural conclusion, what happened to Pharaoh’s family and Egypt? They got pummeled by plagues! This is the example Nancy Pelosi uses to make us feel good about taking thousands of illegal aliens into our borders? What is she thinking?

Last week, in her most disingenuous tone, Pelosi said she just wished she could take all those illegal alien children home with her. Isn’t she something? The most caring woman in Congress so concerned about all those children. Too bad her benevolence is limited only to live children. The unborn just aren’t useful on TV as political pawns. But if she meant what she said, she’ll have to take all of them; the confessed murderers, the drug dealers, the robbers, and the MS13 gang members. Is there room at the Pelosi Inn for these undesirables? Probably not.

Life is a journey, and you don't always know where you will end up. I am a happily married, Christian woman of 32 years. I home schooled my children for 19 years, then found my way back to school in 2010 to study hotel/restaurant management. I enjoy reading, playing tennis, and politics. I love my country and I am passionate about preserving our liberties and our freedoms. Too many politicians, academics, and media talking heads are lying to us on a daily basis. My mission is to encourage people to become more aware, more involved, and more outraged at how the politicians, academics and media talking heads are destroying this great experiment called, America. My favorite saying is "what goes around, comes around." I may not see the coming around in my lifetime, but I believe it will come, God willing.
