How many arrests does it take to get an illegal alien off the streets and deported from the U.S. these days?
Illegal immigrant, Cecilio Rivera-Lozano’s 4th arrest is for (allegedly) repeatedly raping an 11 year old girl. According to the victim, he’s been sexually abusing her EVERY DAY for the last 8 months. And according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office’s arrest record, the young girl was either family or a child that the family had custody of. Sick!
This man is 23 years old. He’s been breaking the law since he was 18. He’s not here legally. Have we deported him previously? If not, why not?
Now, our failure to act leaves a young girl traumatized. Imagine what it will take for her make sense of all this. Why didn’t someone protect her? Why didn’t WE protect her?
Immigration is not supposed to be an open invitation for people like Cecilio Rivera-Lozano to live in the U.S.
