You gotta love celebrities who think they’re above it all. Then they go throwing stones at glass houses. Silly!
Matt Damon recently said, “I’d eat my shoe if he (Jeb Bush) could name a Bush that ever even walked into a public school.” He says it as a put down, as if to imply that the Bush’s are too elite to send their child to a public school.
This from the guy who is on the record saying he sends his own kids to private school. His excuse is supposedly the public schools aren’t liberal enough for him, otherwise he would. I’d understand it if he’d said it was for safety reasons. But it’s not. He’s just a hypocrite.
He doesn’t like the way our public school systems are, and he has the money to send his kids to private school, so he does. I’m still confused. What gives him the right to criticize the Bush family attending private schools?
Oh, and by the way Matt… several of the Bush family members have stepped foot in a public school. In fact several have ATTENDED public schools, and one even WORKED in a public school. How many shoes WILL you be having for dinner?
