ATF DEMANDS GUN SHOP CUSTOMER LIST

ATF raids are real. Just ask San Diego county gun shop owner Dimitrios Karros. Why, you ask?

He was selling an “80 percent lower receiver.” A part used to build AR-15’s.

Gun folks say the part is legal. The ATF disagrees and wants the shop’s 5000-person customer list. One story says that the raid happened, despite a federal judge’s restraining order against the ATF.

The story is still unfolding. Keep an eye out for the followup.

You can read more about it here and here.
