It’s 2:30 in the A.M. You find a teenage boy in your teenage daughter’s bed. What do you do?
The daughter initially denied knowing the boy. So the dad held him at gunpoint while calling 911. Unfortunately, the boy moved in a way that made the dad nervous… so he shot him.
Turns out the girl did know him (probably better than the story let on!)
So because the girl lied, the boy moved, and the dad got scared because he thought an intruder had violated his home (and his daughter), this teenage boy is dead.
No, it’s not the gun’s fault. This is a just a bad situation all around. It will be interesting to see what the outcome is.
