HALLUCINATING THE RESURRECTION

Just in time for Easter, agnostic scholar Bart Ehrman is interviewed on NPR about his new book “How Jesus Became God.”

Did “Christians made the claim that Jesus is God in order…to grow from being a small cult”?

If Jesus never called himself God, how did he become one?

Did Jesus’ disciples hallucinate his resurrection? What about the crucifixion, did it really happen that way?

Sounds to me like this guy should study the Bible a little more. He says he leaves the questions open for interpretation to the reader. But the way they are worded suggests he is highly skeptical (at best)!
