Has anyone ever seen a civics assignment in a public high school requiring students to do a 3 page paper about the 10 Commandments of the Christian Bible and Jewish Torah? This school just required that of students, except it was about the 5 Pillars of Islam. Students were to list out the “benefits” of Islam.
I’m serious. I’d really like to know if anyone’s seen any similar assignments about the Christian and/or Jewish religions. Equal is equal, folks.
Good for this dad paying attention to his daughter’s homework assignments and for speaking up when something didn’t seem right.
