The United States sends USAID to India to help fund family planning services the 10-year plan was signed in 1992 to fund $325 million in USAID to help with population control.
But did the United States know that their funding was going to this inhumane medical family planning?

After arriving to the clinic Chaitis husband, Budh ,was rushed out to the waiting room and asked to sign blank medial forms signing away his wife’s medical rights. Once Budh was allowed into the recovery room, he found his wife among many women, lying on the filthy floor, barely conscious. A health worker gave him some medication for his wife, but no instructions and no paperwork. Family planning was never discussed.
