Can you say inappropriate? 8th graders in Pennsylvania were given a “50 Shades of Grey” crossword puzzle for schoolwork with words like: submissive, leather cuffs, manacles, intercourse. Because all 8th graders need to have their interest peeked to read an explicit sex book glamorizing bondage, right?
Parents… there’s no age or grade where it’s ok not to look at what your children are doing in school. Take time every night. Talk with them. Ask questions. It really matters. And if something looks “off”… go talk to the teacher, the administration, or the school board.
