Seriously, when history takes a step back and reviews the time of President Barack Hussein Obama with an unbiased eye – they will say, “Damn Americans were really stupid back then!”
Will historians lament; “How did it happen? It couldn’t be because he was black? Please tell me that Americans were smart enough to look at man/character instead of his skin color. Tell me that they didn’t vote this guy in because of this “white guilt” stuff I hear…”
How can Americans vote a leader in to the highest, most honorable of positions based on skin color. Why didn’t they learn his history? Why didn’t they.. well, there’s been more than one leader voted in lawfully whose past should have had some giant red flags.
Yes, way back in the year 2008, the education system in America was corrupt. They rewrote history with political agendas forced on the children from age four and carried all the way through to finish in college. BUT that is still not a good enough reason to vote:
Yes, the media was ridiculous. The news you received was slanted with whatever talking head was reporting it. News was made up for hits and ratings. They had an opinion and fed it to you. BUT that was still not a good enough reason to vote: Obama
Yes, money was spent by big corporations through lobbyists in a revolving door with politicians going out one way and bribery going in the other. Tons of money from Wall Street to the Unions, with K Street buying politicians to make sure laws were made that favored them. The Unions raped their membership for dues in the pretense of working for them when in reality leadership made damn good money and lived the high life while the workers did the work. BUT that was still not a good enough reason to vote: Obama
Yes Al Sharpton/Obama/Eric Holder worked hard to create more race warfare. They worked hard on telling black people that they are second class citizens. That they should get more help (control) from the government. That all white people are bad. BUT that was still not a good enough reason to vote: Obama
Republicans were the most profligate spenders in the history of this nation between the years of 2000 – 2005 when they controlled all three branches of government. They grew deficits, debt, regulations and entertained the corrupt lobbyists like no one’s business – BUT that was still not a good enough reason to vote: Obama
We were in a genuine crisis with bankers having raped the country and getting bailed out for their trouble. The housing and mortgage industry were being ruined and gutted. The stock market was crashing – BUT that is still not a good enough reason to vote: Obama
Even though this one was half-white, we had never had a black President in this country and putting that dark part of history behind us, even a little was a prideful thought for Americans who are on the whole, just and benevolent people.
BUT that is still not a good enough reason to vote: Obama
… Because now – everything above is worse by ten-fold. Barack Obama and his presidency are like food poisoning: We just have to wait until it crawls through our system in a painful, bloated and sickening fashion that it does.
Maybe the folks who say Barack Obama is the best thing that ever happened to us are right? That he represents the wake up call America needed to actually realize the 50-year bleed that liberals have been taking the country down? Perhaps it does have to get worse before it gets better?
If 2010 and 2014 were any indications, we still have some sense in us and some urgency, hopefully. But let’s not forget what those Republicans did when they were in charge, okay? They set the table for Pelosi, Reid and eventually – two terms of Obama, executive orders, amnesty, ObamaCare and 5 trillion more dollars of debt and counting.
This is bad. BUT that is still not a good enough reason not to strap on your bayonette and get in the parade, as Freddie Rumson would say. When history judges Barack Hussein Obama – we’ll be on the right side.
