Why are vaccinated people so afraid of an outbreak?

If vaccines are so effective and safe, then why are the approximately 93% of the population who are vaccinated for measles, so afraid of the 7% of the population who chose not to vaccinate? The vaccination supposedly makes you immune so that you cannot contract the disease, right? So what are all these vaccinated people afraid of? I can’t figure out this logic. In reality, the only people who should be concerned about an outbreak are the people who are not vaccinated, because the rest of us who are, are already protected. And we’re continuing to talk about this, why?

You can read one healthcare expert’s opinion here.

And you can read some real facts and statistics about vaccinations here.
