School superintendent in Indiana says there is no way to hold teachers accountable for kids grades and for that matter, neither should the schools.
If we are to trust our children to teachers and administrators who is accountable? Does anyone have responsibility for our children and what they learn while in schools 6 to 8 hrs a day?
