FOUR people have been arrested after an antisemitic convoy blasted “f*** the Jews, rape their daughters” on a public address system while driving through North London.
Shocking footage showed cars with Palestinian flags on them as a man yelled vile threats on a loudspeaker.
He can be heard screaming “f** the Jews” and “rape their daughters” as the cars drive through St John’s Wood in London.
Four men were arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated public order and taken into police custody.
While there, they were additionally arrested in connection with a similar incident which took place at around 1.30am on Sunday, in the Broughton Park area of Salford, Manchester.
They have since been released on bail pending further enquiries for both incidents, the Met Police said.
Superintendent Jo Edwards, in charge of the policing operation, said: “This behaviour was utterly shocking and will not be tolerated.”
The disgusting scenes were condemned by many, including Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
Mr Johnson tweeted: “There is no place for antisemitism in our society.
“Ahead of Shavuot, I stand with Britain’s Jews who should not have to endure the type of shameful racism we have seen today.”
Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab said of the footage: “It is disgusting and disgraceful, and there can be no place for it in our society.”
MP Robert Jenrick tweeted: “This, on the streets of London is deeply disturbing. Vile, criminal hatred like this must not be tolerated.”
