On Friday, an Antrim County, Michigan jury acquitted Twin brothers William and Michael Null and Eric Molitor of charges of providing material support for a terrorist act and illegally possessing firearms.
The three men had faced up to 20 years in prison for their alleged crimes.

The FBI informants meticulously orchestrated the plot to kidnap Governor Whitmer, from planning to execution. All aspects of the plan were funded and carried out by paid informants.
At an October 2020 press conference, the FBI announced that they had successfully disrupted a plan by a right-wing militia group to kidnap and murder Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. This news dominated the headlines for days leading up to the Presidential election.
Today, three Michigan men were acquitted in the FBI plot regarding the kidnapping case of Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. The FBI had used at least twelve informants throughout the investigation, out of which six defendants were identified. Evidence showed that the FBI had been involved in planning and organizing the attack, along with providing resources for its implementation and recruiting local individuals to join their scheme.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation planned, organized, funded, and recruited local men for a coordinated attack against Governor Whitmer. It has since been revealed that the group was virtually all comprised of FBI agents and informants. Further evidence in August uncovered text messages showing an FBI field agent instructing an informant to lie, frame an innocent man, and delete text messages. This further calls into question the legitimacy of the case.
The female FBI agent testified that she had stayed in the same hotel room, and even the same bed, with the FBI target Barry Croft during a training weekend. She went to great lengths to ensure successful completion of her assignment. Furthermore, she revealed that she had also smoked marijuana with him as part of her investigation efforts. The agent stated that “Sometimes informants have to play along.”
Today three innocent men walked free.
