Jeffrey Epstein victim claimed she had sex with billionaire Lex Wexner, other American leaders

Christian Talk Podcast

The court documents, which were unsealed from a civil lawsuit filed in 2015 by Virginia Giuffre against accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and his partner Ghislaine Maxwell, contain shocking allegations made by a central figure in the case.

According to Giuffre, she was involved in numerous sexual encounters with notable individuals, including Les Wexner, a prominent figure and founder of the former L Brands based in New Albany.

U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska’s recent ruling, following the settlement of the lawsuit in 2017, led to the unveiling of previously censored names and associated documents.

The deposition from 2016, which is now publicly disclosed for the first time, provides further intricacy to an already complex legal saga by presenting Giuffre’s detailed accusations of sexual trafficking involving influential politicians and business leaders, including Wexner.

Les Wexner, the individual behind the creation of a vast business empire encompassing renowned brands such as Victoria’s Secret, has continuously refuted any involvement in illicit activities and claimed to be unaware of Epstein’s wrongdoings.

Representatives of Wexner have chosen not to respond to recent allegations, instead highlighting their previous denials made when Giuffre initially came forward with her claims.

In 2019, Brad Edwards, a lawyer representing victims of Epstein, expressed doubt regarding Giuffre’s deposition claims implicating Wexner.

Edwards noted the lack of evidence connecting Wexner to Epstein’s actions, emphasizing that the victims had limited interaction with Epstein and were unaware of his illicit activities.

Wexner’s representatives highlighted a court document where Wexner explicitly denied ever meeting Giuffre. In a letter filed in 2020, Wexner stated that he had no knowledge of or involvement in Epstein’s reprehensible behavior, dismissing any claims suggesting otherwise as false.

The release of these documents brings into question the extent of Wexner’s role in Epstein’s activities and how it might impact his reputation. During her deposition, Giuffre initially did not mention Wexner but only acknowledged their sexual encounters when specifically asked about them.

Epstein, who was previously employed as Wexner’s financial adviser and business manager, faced allegations of sexual misconduct in Florida back in 2007. After accusing Epstein of embezzling tens of millions of dollars, Wexner severed all financial ties with him.

Despite the names mentioned in the unsealed documents, including Wexner, no criminal charges have been filed against any individuals involved.

As these documents add complexity to the ongoing legal scrutiny surrounding Epstein’s network, questions arise regarding accountability for those connected to him.

The controversy persists long after Epstein’s death and Maxwell’s sentencing.
