Russian Dissident Navalny Compared Himself to Trump, Said His Persecution Like Democrats and Biden Admin

According to a report by Kristinn Taylor, Russian democracy advocate Alexei Navalny, aged 47, is said to have passed away in a Soviet-era gulag situated north of the Arctic Circle on Friday, as confirmed by Russian prison authorities.

Navalny is survived by his wife, Yulia Navalnaya, and their two children.

Navalny was known for organizing protests against the government and campaigning for reforms to combat corruption in Russia.

He also ran for office with a platform focused on challenging President Vladimir Putin and his administration.

The left-wing globalists are seizing upon Navalny’s unfortunate passing as a pretext to escalate their desire for a military conflict with nuclear-armed Russia.

Simultaneously, they are holding President Trump accountable for the tragedy and launching criticisms against him in light of Navalny’s demise.

It is no shock that mainstream American media outlets are omitting important statements made by Alexei Navalny prior to his death.

There have been indications of connections between George Soros and the Russia collusion narrative, and now further details have emerged regarding Soros’ involvement in Russiagate through Alexander Navalny, a prominent Russian opposition figure favored by the West.

Activist Alexei Navalny became one of the key figures in the fake Russiagate conspiracy theory when he released a video linking Trump ex-campaign manager Paul Manafort to Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, reported by the Telegraph in February 2018.

At the same time, the Telegraph had to admit the video “does not specifically mention Donald Trump”.

In addition, Oleg Deripaska “denied receiving briefings from the Trump campaign, although he admitted hiring Mr. Manafort as a consultant in previous years”, the Telegraph reported. Although it was a “big nothing-burger”, it was fit to print in the NYT.

In 2009, Alexei Navalny, a prominent opposition blogger, rose to prominence as a leader of the Russian opposition and was hailed as a hero by Western media. In 2010, he completed a six-month Yale Greenberg World Fellowship program, previously known as the White House Fellows during Bill Clinton’s presidency.

The inaugural director of the Yale World Fellows program was Dan Esty, an advisor on energy and environmental policy for Obama’s 2008 campaign. Following his fellowship, Navalny initiated an anti-corruption movement in Russia that garnered early support from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

In 2011, Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Secretary Clinton of backing Navalny, claiming she had sent a covert message to certain groups within Russia. During this period, reports surfaced alleging that Navalny had become associated with the Open Society Foundations (OSF) methadone initiative.

Leaked OSF documents from 2015 revealed that the program aimed to unite various actors and alliances across different sectors, including individuals like Navalny. Prior to its ban in 2015, George Soros had backed an array of progressive NGOs in Russia through his foundation.

Navalny was closely associated with exiled oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who based his “Open Russia Foundation” on Soros’ network.

Khodorkovsky’s London-based investigative research unit Dossier, known for sharing hacked documents from undisclosed sources, was implicated in the 2018 New York Times report alleging that Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya acted on behalf of the Russian government in providing potentially incriminating evidence to Donald Trump Jr. during the infamous Trump Tower Meeting.

It later came to light that Veselnitskaya had meetings with Fusion GPS head Glenn Simpson both before and after the June 9, 2016 meeting, suggesting closer ties to the Clinton opposition research campaign than to the Kremlin.

Alexei Navalny and his brother Oleg were found guilty of embezzling 26 million Rubles from French cosmetics firm Yves Rocher, their business partner from 2008 to 2011.

The brothers were represented in a French court by attorneys William Bourdon and Amélie Lefebre of Association Sherpa, an organization supported by various foundations including Humanity United and Open Society Foundations.

Despite being sued by Yves Rocher in France, Western media portrayed the legal proceedings as politically motivated rather than a legitimate case brought forward by a private company. While Oleg served a three-year prison sentence, Alexei received a suspended sentence.

Both Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Alexei Navalny contributed articles to prominent publications such as The Guardian and The New York Times. Navalny called for sanctions against Russia following the country’s annexation of Crimea in 2014, a move that sparked controversy among many Russians who viewed it as a reunification.

Additionally, Navalny’s daughter Daria Navalnaya made a video statement on The New York Times Video at just 17 years old.

Recent revelations suggest that George Soros and Democratic figures like Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama had been using allies such as Navalny and Khodorkovsky to strain US-Russian relations over several years.

Navalny himself drew parallels between his persecution under Putin’s regime and Donald Trump’s treatment by radical Democrats during Joe Biden’s presidency.

Navalny recently tweeted about the extreme criticism directed at Donald Trump in America, drawing parallels to his own situation in Russia.

Alexei Navalny tweeted: “If you substitute ‘Navalny’ for ‘Trump’ in the current discourse, you’ll essentially hear the Kremlin’s justification for why my name is silenced on Russian television and I am barred from running in elections.”
