Fani Willis’s troubles continue as a new witness reveals shocking details about her alleged affair with Nathan Wade, the prosecutor she appointed to investigate Trump.
Dave Shafer, a co-defendant in the Trump RICO case, claims in a recent court filing that Cobb County prosecutor Cindi Lee Yeager overheard Willis instructing her lover’s attorney, Terrence Bradley, to keep quiet about their relationship.

Cindi Lee Yeager
Yeager is willing to testify under oath about when Fani Willis’s relationship with Nathan Wade began.
“From in or around August of 2023 through January of 2024, Ms. Yeager had numerous, in-person and other conversations with attorney Terrence Bradley in which information relating to District Attorney Willis and Mr. Wade was discussed,” the court filing says.
“Mr. Wade had definitively begun a romantic relationship with Ms. Willis during the time that Ms. Willis was running for District Attorney in 2019 through 2020,” the filing said.
Yeager’s testimony corroborates witness Robin Yeartie’s statement, which claims that Fani Willis’ romantic involvement with Wade commenced prior to 2021.

Last month, Terrence Bradley was drenched in sweat on the witness stand as he faced intense questioning about Nathan Wade’s romantic involvement with Fani Willis.

Bradley refused to disclose the specific timing of when Nathan Wade informed him about his relationship with Fani Willis. Despite Bradley hinting previously that he knew about the Fani-Wade affair starting before 2022, he suddenly claimed a lack of memory during his recent testimony.
Both Fani Willis and Nathan Wade testified that their romantic involvement began in 2022, following Willis hiring Wade in November 2021. However, evidence from cell phone records indicates that Wade visited the residence where Willis lived, known as the “Yeartie condo,” before being hired in November 2021.
It appears that both Willis and Wade provided false information to the court. In a related development, Ashleigh Merchant, defense attorney for Trump co-defendant Michael Roman, has been summoned to testify before a Georgia State Senate Committee investigating potential misconduct by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
This subpoena is believed to be connected to text messages exchanged between Merchant and Terrence Bradley, the former divorce attorney and law partner of Michel Wade.
The Georgia Senate hearing is set to be livestreamed this Wednesday.
