After Stormy Daniels gave her testimony in Alvin Bragg’s ‘hush money’ trial in a New York City courtroom on Tuesday, President Trump made a strategic exit to address the press.
Stormy shared sensational but ultimately inconsequential details of her past alleged sexual encounter with Trump.
Reports indicate she attempted to lighten the mood with scripted jokes during the trial, although they fell flat.
Trump cleverly sidestepped violating Judge Merchan’s controversial gag order by exiting the courtroom and engaging with the media.
On Monday, Judge Merchan, who is biased against Trump, found him in contempt, imposed hefty fines, and warned of potential imprisonment if he persisted in self-defense.
Merchan has blatantly violated Trump’s First Amendment rights through an unlawful gag order that prevents him from responding to witness accusations.
In contrast, Michael Cohen is freely disparaging Trump on TikTok.
Trump retrieved a document and cited excerpts from various news sources, including CNN, regarding the ‘hush money’ controversy.
“Some of these statements made about this witch hunt,” Trump said as pulled out a piece of paper.
“On CNN – fake news CNN – Michael Moore said the proof of falsified records has not been accomplished,” Trump said. “On ‘Good Morning America’ they said, expense payments to lawyers are not illegal expenses…”
Trump continued, “There’s no case…it’s an unfair trial”

Trump expertly avoids violating Judge Merchan's unconstitutional gag order by using the left's own words against them. He pulls out a piece of paper and reads quotes from CNN and other news outlets on what THEY are saying about the case. Brilliant. pic.twitter.com/CQXX53J2Gx
