78 January 6ers Just Became Plaintiffs in the Largest Lawsuit Against US Capitol Police in History

Recently, a lawsuit against the US Capital Police was dismissed due to a technicality exploited by defense attorneys.

However, the fight for justice for the brave patriots of January 6 has been reignited in response to this decision.

US District Court Judge Dabney L. Friedrich’s ruling to dismiss the $150 million class-action lawsuit brought by 78 injured January 6 plaintiffs has caused outrage among Trump supporters and legal experts.

Nevertheless, Attorney Stefanie Lambert, a staunch advocate for the January 6 patriots, has filed an appeal that is expected to revive the pursuit of justice.

To clarify, the dismissal of this case was not based on the merits. The case was founded on strong evidence, with over 20 members of the US Capitol Police and DC Metropolitan Police being sued for their excessive use of force, inadequate training, and brutal treatment of peaceful protestors.

However, it’s premature to dismiss these patriots just yetโ€”their pursuit of justice persists, and the falsehoods propagated by the left are beginning to unravel.

The lawsuit alleged that law enforcement subjected peaceful protestors to brutality and mistreatment during the events of January 6th. It singled out 20 Capitol and DC Metro police officers for alleged improper use of force, misconduct, and failure to adhere to law enforcement protocols.

These courageous plaintiffs from J6โ€”who still carry physical and emotional wounds from that dayโ€”are demanding accountability for the horrors they faced.

Yet, in a glaring miscarriage of justice, Judge Friedrich dismissed this crucial lawsuit on a technicality related to a phone number.

Indeed, Jake Lang, the lead pro se plaintiff, has languished in solitary confinement for over 44 months without trial. His inability to provide a phone number to the court was due to his incarceration within a corrupt system.

The defendants employed a shocking legal tactic by using Local Civil Rule 5.1c to argue that Jake was unreachable, despite his Power of Attorney actually receiving the call from the Department of Justice.

This dismissal directly violates due process and serves as a disturbing indication of the government’s willingness to suppress opposing viewpoints.

However, supporters should remain hopeful as Attorney Lambert has taken on the role of lead attorney for the J6 plaintiffs, and an appeal has been initiated. This legal struggle is escalating, and it is evident that the truth about January 6th will ultimately be revealed.

The Deep State and corrupt government officials may attempt to conceal this lawsuit, but the resilience of the American spirit cannot be easily extinguished.

This is more than just a legal battle; it is a quest to uncover the truth and ensure that justice prevails. President Trump has consistently advocated for the overlooked citizens of this nation, and this struggle is no exception.

The J6 patriots are not merely victims; they are warriors defending the fundamental freedoms upon which this great country was founded.

While the opposition may revel in a temporary courtroom triumph, they should be aware that the patriots are mobilizing, an appeal has been lodged, and justice will ultimately triumph.

We stand on the side of truth, and no amount of legal manipulation can prevent that truth from emerging.
