President Trump paid tribute on Monday to the 13 US service members who lost their lives in a suicide bombing outside the Kabul Airport in Afghanistan three years ago.
Despite having no substantial record to run on, Kamala Harris has been criticized by the mainstream liberal media for her inability to conduct a coherent interview.
President Trump’s attendance at a commemoration ceremony with Gold Star families at Arlington Cemetery has been the subject of attacks from the media.
He was invited by Gold Star families of US servicemen and women who lost their lives in the Abbey Gate bombing near Kabul Airport on August 26, 2021, marking the third anniversary of the tragic event.
Amidst unjust attacks from fake news outlets and the disregard for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s involvement in the bombing, Kristen Welker falsely claimed that Harris also attended the ceremony before being corrected by Senator Tom Cotton.
Kristen Welker: “Bottom line, though, I guess, Senator, is it ever appropriate to make campaign content at military gravesites?”
Tom Cotton: “He didn’t take campaign photos there. These families, Gold Star families, whose children died because of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s incompetence, invited him to the cemetery, and they asked him to take those photos because, as they told me yesterday, when I spoke to Kelly Barnet and Darren Hoover, the parents of Taylor Hoover, who has Arkansas ties, they don’t get to go to the beach on Labor Day.
They don’t get to have barbecues. This is their one chance to have a memory of their children to commemorate their service and to honor their sacrifice.
They wanted President Trump there. They wanted to take those photos.
You know who the families also invited? Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Where were they? Joe Biden was sitting at a beach. Kamala Harris was sitting at her mansion in Washington, D.C. She was 4 miles away, 10 minutes.
She could have gone to the cemetery and honored the sacrifice of those young men and women, but she hasn’t. She never has spoken to them or taken a meeting with them. It’s because of her…”
Kristen Welker: “They did meet with them during the dignified transfer. They were with them at the dignified transfer.”
That statement is false. Contrary to Kristen Welker’s assertion, Kamala Harris did not participate in the dignified transfer.
Additionally, Joe Biden glanced at his watch while the coffins were being unloaded from the plane.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, Joint Chiefs Chairman Mark Milley, and CentCom Commander General Kenneth McKenzie were all aware of the Kabul Airport terrorist bomber at the Abbey Gate several hours before the attack.
The highest-ranking US military officials were informed that the soldiers at the Abbey Gate were in grave danger.
Commanders communicating from Kabul reported that the Abbey Gate, where American citizens had been instructed to gather for airport access, was at the “highest risk,” and they outlined their strategies to safeguard it.
13 US servicemen and women were killed in the attack.
Earlier, American heroes told The Gateway Pundit that the US military leadership was aware of the presence of a suicide bomber near Kabul Airport but prevented them from neutralizing the threat.
This claim was later corroborated by a US Marine sniper who testified that he was not given permission to take out the bomber.
Sgt. Tyler Vargas-Andrews, a U.S. Marine Corps sniper deployed in Afghanistan during the Taliban takeover, gave testimony to Congress earlier this year.
He stated that he was prohibited from engaging the suicide bomber responsible for the deaths of 13 service members and over 170 civilians.
It was revealed that Abdul Rehman al Logari, an Islamic bomber, had been allowed to escape from Bagram Air Base prison after President Biden abandoned the base under cover of darkness.
Abdul Rehman had been held at Bagram prison for four years before being released by Taliban militants.
