The Philadelphia Eagles sparked controversy when advertisements surfaced around the City of Brotherly Love that appeared to show the team endorsing Kamala Harris.
The misleading ads featured Harris in an Eagles uniform and falsely claimed to be an official endorsement from the NFL franchise.
Furthermore, a URL link directed viewers to the Philadelphia Eagles’ official voting information page.
This led fans to express their outrage on social media over what they perceived as a shocking political stance by the team.

It starts with firing Doug Pederson and abandoning your franchise QB, Carson Wentz.
It ends with drafting Jalen Hurts and endorsing Kamala Harris.
The Eagles have just declared war on alpha males and Trump supporters.

The fraudulent posters spread rapidly throughout bus stops in Philadelphia, leading the franchise to explicitly inform fans that the advertisements were fake and did not reflect an official endorsement by the team.
In light of the situation, the team promptly released a statement to distance itself from the political controversy.
From the Eagles:
We are aware counterfeit political ads are being circulated and are working with our advertising partner to have them removed.

According to CBS reports, the poster’s creator may be artist Winston Tseng, although this information is still being confirmed by the outlet.
Another artwork by Tseng shares a similar aesthetic (see below), indicating that he could be the potential creator.
