Feds Arrest Armed Illegal Alien Who Posted $10,000 Bounty On ICE

Feds Nab Illegal Alien Who Placed $10,000 Bounty on ICE Agent

The Department of Homeland Security announced on October 14, 2025, that Eduardo Aguilar, an illegal alien from Mexico living in Dallas, was arrested after posting on TikTok in Spanish soliciting the murder of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

Aguilar’s post from October 9, 2025, called for “10 dudes in Dallas with determination who aren’t afraid to [two skull emojis],” and offered “10K for each ICE agent.”

At the time of his arrest, DHS says Aguilar had a loaded 9mm handgun in his vehicle, and it is a felony for someone in his immigration status to possess a firearm in the United States.

Federal prosecutors charged Aguilar with transmitting in interstate or foreign commerce a communication containing a threat.

DHS welcomed the arrest and stressed that rapid coordination among agencies kept officers safe.

“Thanks to the quick work of law enforcement, this illegal alien who was offering $10,000 cash bounties for the murder of ICE law enforcement is in custody and facing federal charges. We are thankful this illegal alien who had a firearm in his possession was arrested before he could kill one of our law enforcement officers,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “Our agents are facing ambushes, terrorist attacks, and death threats, all because they dare to enforce the laws passed by Congress. We will not back down from these threats, and every criminal, terrorist, and illegal alien will face American justice.”

Aguilar entered the U.S. illegally in 2018 as an unaccompanied minor, and an immigration judge issued a final order of removal on February 8, 2019. His U.S. criminal history includes charges tied to violating liquor laws.

The investigation was led by the FBI in Dallas with support from ICE and the Federal Protective Service, and local and federal partners including the Dallas Police Department, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the U.S. Marshals Service, the Garland Police Department, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives — Dallas Field Division.

This arrest highlights the risks federal officers face while enforcing immigration laws, and it underscores the security gap created by illegal crossings and people who ignore final removal orders. From a law-and-order perspective, swift arrests and charges are exactly how government should respond to threats against officers.

President Trump’s administration has prioritized deporting illegal immigrants and deploying federal resources to cities hit hard by violence, including past operations in Chicago, Washington D.C., and Portland. Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker claims that there is no emergency in Chicago. The largest city in Illinois is a sanctuary city, meaning that it doesn’t obey federal immigration law.

That sanctuary approach can leave federal officers exposed to threats that cross state and local boundaries, so federal agencies often must act where local jurisdictions decline to cooperate. This case shows why federal authority and cooperation are essential to protect officers and enforce the law.

Editor’s Note: The Schumer Shutdown is here. Rather than put the American people first, Chuck Schumer and the radical Democrats forced a government shutdown for healthcare for illegals. They own this.
