A Beverly Hills mansion once owned by Kim Kardashian, and remembered for Kris Humphries’ televised marriage proposal, has been listed for $8.49 million.
The gated Tuscan-style estate sits in the Beverly Crest neighborhood and spans 4,027 square feet with five bedrooms. Kardashian bought the home in 2010 for $3.4 million, and it became a regular setting on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
The property’s best-known television moment came in 2011, when Humphries proposed to Kardashian in her bedroom, spelling out “Will you marry me?” in red rose petals arranged with heart-shaped candle displays. The couple married that August in a televised ceremony, but Kardashian filed for divorce just 72 days later.
Kardashian sold the house in 2013 for about $3.6 million as her relationship with Kanye West developed. The property last sold in September 2024 for $5.12 million, meaning the current asking price is roughly $3.4 million — about 66% — higher than that sale.
Since the 2024 sale, the home has undergone a full interior renovation led by designer Sebastian Zuchowicki, who combined traditional architectural elements with contemporary finishes. The update replaces décor from Kardashian’s ownership, including a glam room that had remained in the house after she moved out.
What’s Inside Now
A double-height entry foyer leads into formal living and dining rooms, each with a fireplace and French doors opening to the yard. The kitchen connects to a breakfast room and lounge through a double-sided fireplace, and the house includes a home theater.
Upstairs, the primary suite has its own sitting area with a fireplace, two walk-in closets and a bathroom finished with Italian tile and a soaking tub.
The roughly half-acre lot includes a swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and a covered lounge with a fireplace. There is also an elevated sun terrace, a gazebo and a cabana equipped with televisions, a bathroom and a fire pit.
The listing is held by Jack Harris and Michael Fahimian of the Beverly Hills Estates.
The house joins other homes tied to well-known celebrity breakups that have recently come up for sale, including properties previously owned by Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, and Jessica Alba and Cash Warren.
