Ambulance Trust Investigates Staff Who Accessed Records of Man Killed in Tiger Attack
Yorkshire Ambulance Trust is investigating two staff members over alleged unauthorised access to the medical records of William Chapman, 24, who was fatally mauled by a tiger at Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
