Nor’easter Floods New Jersey to New England for Second Day, Kills One in Brooklyn
A slow-moving nor’easter has killed at least one person in Brooklyn, flooded coastal New Jersey and New York, and knocked out power to more than 100,000 customers, with officials warning of another high tide flood risk Monday.
