Kevin Costner has been romantically linked to a string of women since his divorce from Christine Baumgartner became final, with sightings stretching from Scottsdale, Arizona, to Santa Barbara, Las Vegas and Aspen.
Baumgartner filed for divorce from the 71-year-old actor in May 2023. In the time since, Costner has been photographed or reported to be spending time with several women, both inside and outside the entertainment industry.
Most recently, Costner was photographed shopping in Santa Barbara with a woman identified by the Daily Mail as 40-year-old lifestyle coach Jennifer Milburn. The pair were seen smiling as they walked through a grocery store together, taking turns pushing the cart. Milburn wore cutoff denim shorts and a white button-up shirt; Costner wore an all-white outfit with sunglasses. It is unclear when their relationship began.
A Connection Rooted in Scottsdale
Costner has also been seen multiple times with influencer McKenna Wesley over the past year. The two were first photographed sitting together at a screening of “Field of Dreams” in Arizona in October 2025, and were photographed again roughly a year later having lunch in Santa Barbara.
A source told Page Six that “they met in Scottsdale about a year ago. They both love to golf,” and added that “she has been his guest on multiple occasions at his Santa Barbara and Aspen properties.”
Sharon Stone Rumors
In November 2024, the Daily Mail reported that Costner and Sharon Stone were seen getting “flirty” at the 2024 Governors Awards. A source told the outlet, “They started off polite with small talk then he put on his Kevin Costner charm, you know, like the vibes he gave off in Bull Durham and Tin Cup, like heyyyy baby,” adding that the two “liked each other a lot.”
Stone addressed the speculation herself in December 2024, telling Extra TV: “First of all, I’m not dating Kevin Costner. I’ve known Kevin Costner for probably 30 years, and I think if we haven’t dated so far, we’re probably not going to.”
Jewel and Necker Island
Speculation about a romance with country singer Jewel followed after TMZ published photos of Costner with his arm around her during a visit to Richard Branson’s private Necker Island. Both said the visit was unrelated to romance — Jewel was there for her charity, The Inspiring Children Foundation, and Costner said he had finally accepted a longstanding invitation from Branson.
Costner addressed the rumors on “The Howard Stern Show” in June 2024: “Jewel and I are friends. We’ve never gone out ever. She’s special — and I don’t want these rumors to ruin our friendship because that’s what we have. She’s special to me. She’s beautiful enough to go out with.”
A Casual Relationship with Kelly Noonan Gores
According to People, Costner and casting director Kelly Noonan Gores began seeing each other casually in August 2025. “Kelly is seeing Kevin, but it’s very casual,” a source told the outlet. “She thinks he’s wonderful and interesting.”
A source later told US Weekly in January that Gores has been “grounding” for Costner, who “is not looking for a serious relationship or marriage any time soon.” The source added: “It’s very private and casual. After such a public and expensive divorce, he’s being cautious. They see each other when schedules allow, often spending time at his Santa Barbara estate. They love dinners at home, walks on the beach and quiet nights in.” It remains unclear whether the two are still seeing each other.
Brooks Nader Denies Romance
Costner and model Brooks Nader sparked rumors after being photographed together at the Las Vegas opening of the social club Zero Bond. According to TMZ, both attended a VIP dinner hosted by Scott Sartiano and were seen chatting.
Nader shut down the speculation later that month while speaking to Entertainment Tonight, saying, “Oh my gosh. I am single. As of right now, I am single,” before covering her face with her hands.
