How Catholic voters can vote Democrat is beyond me.
A recent poll shows Hillary Clinton with a 13 point advantage over a Republican challenger for the Presidential race. The poll shows that 47% of the Catholics polled would vote for Hillary. Only 34% would cast a ballot for a Republican.
Given the Democrats unwavering support for abortion, Planned Parenthood, and gay marriage, and the Obama administrations recent lack of support for religious freedoms (a la Hobby Lobby), why would any Catholic continue to support the Democrat ticket?
Maybe Catholic means something different to some people. Or maybe they just aren’t practicing Catholics. Either way. Something is askew and it makes no sense to me. Anyone have any thoughts on this one? Let me know.
